一、邀请信

（一）活动开展句

这个聚会将在下周五在学校的会议厅举行。

The party will be held in the school meeting hall next Friday.

（二）提出邀请

1. 写这信给你是想邀请你参加新年晚会。

I’m writing to invite you to take part in our new year’s party.

2. 我荣幸地邀请您们参加10月7日星期六下午3点至5点的聚会。

It is my great pleasure to invite you to our party from 3 p. m. to 5p. m. on October 7.

3. 知道你对音乐感兴趣，我想你是否愿意与我一起去听音乐会。

Knowing that you are interested in music, I am wondering whether you would like to go to the concert with me.

（三）活动内容---需添加细节

我校师生将会在舞台上展示许多精彩表演，比如唱歌、跳舞、戏曲等。

There will be many wonderful performances in our school, such as singing, dancing and dramas.

（四）期待对方接受邀请

如果你能来，我们应该会十分开心。

We should be very happy if you could come.

（五）万能结尾

二、询问

（一）询问的开头句

我写信给你是想知道更多关于去伦敦旅游的事。首先，…… 第二，…… 最后，……

（二） 询问的中心内容句

1. 你需要记住的最重要的事情是---

The most significant thing you should bear in mind is that…

2. 关于付费，是不是已包括所列举的参观的地方的门票？午餐呢？是不是也包括？

As for the money you charge, does it cover the entrance fees for visiting the places listed? What about lunch? Is it included?

（三） 询问的结尾句

三、请求/求助信

（一）开头句

写信给你是想寻求你的帮助。

I’m writing to ask for your help.

（二）求助内容

1. 最近，我正在学习英语上有困难。

Recently, I am having some difficulties in learning English.

2. 我想知道您是否能够在机场接他。

I am wondering whether you could pick him up at the airport.

（三）内心想法句

（四）结尾句

四、申请/求职信

（一）自我介绍

（二）提出申请

1. 我从互联网上得知你们举办夏令营的公告，我对这个很感兴趣。

I read the announcement of the summer camp that you have posted on the Internet and I am very interested in it.

2. 我写信来申请一个你们夏令营的职位。

I’m writing to apply for a position in your summer camp.

（三）能力介绍

I have my advantages to be a member of your team.

（四） 提出希望

我真的希望我能成为你们夏令营的一员。

五、建议信

（一） 阐述问题并提出建议

1. 知道你现在如此难过，我很遗憾。

I’m sorry to know that you’re having such a bad time at the moment.

2. 很高兴能收到你的来信，向我咨询如何才能学好中文。这里是我的建议。第一，…… 与此同时，最后……

(二)中心句

(三)结尾句
