6月24日，出行的北京市民以伞遮阳，清凉装束出行，以防暑降温，当日北京温度为37摄氏度。中央气象台24日发布高温预报，预计24日白天，京津冀豫等地有35摄氏度以上高温天气，部分地区突破40摄氏度。
今天，北京、天津、河北、河南、山东、山西、陕西、江苏、安徽、湖北、宁夏、新疆、内蒙古等十三省区将遭受高温热浪席卷，局地最高气温可达四十摄氏度。中央气象台已拉响高温橙色警报。
A heat wave blasted provinces across China with temperatures exceeding 40 degrees Celsius Wednesday, meteorologists said.
The temperature exceeded 35 degrees Celsius in many regions, including the northern cities of Beijing and Tianjin, provinces of Hebei and Shanxi and Inner Mongolia autonomous Region, eastern provinces of Shandong, Jiangsu and Anhui, the central Hubei and Henan provinces, and the northwestern regions of Shaanxi, Ningxia and Xinjiang, the National Meteorological Center said.
